The vines are grown near the Rubik Winery, at altitudes above 500 meters in the town of Nova Galicia. Taking advantage of these favorable factors, Estanislau Rubik, his wife and children built vineyards with Bordeaux grape varieties and began to plant white and rose Niagara grapes in the region. Continuing the production of fine wines started by his father Estanislau, Rogério Rubik, together with his wife Mônica and his sons João and Tiago, continued to invest in winemaking, expanding it and incorporating new technologies in grape cultivation.
